Ek bilgi varsa olabilir tabi. Söz konusu dizge bir açıklama ifadesi mi? "İstediğiniz gibi İletiler Gönderin" gibi? Yoksa bir eylem mi. Hazırlanmış iletilerin bulunduğu bir ekrandaki gönderme düğmesi ya da bağlantı gibi? Ekran görüntüsü yok. Uygulama üzerinde canlı olarak nerede olduğuna da bakamadım.

As of SecureDrop 1.2.0, sites can choose to disable document uploads. This message appears on the source home page instead of "Submit Files or Messages" in that case. I've added an explanation in the context of this string, and uploaded a screenshot. Thanks for pointing it out.
