Attention: As AO mentioned earlier on a different string's comment, TOR has changed the wording, instead of saying "Security Settings" it now uses "Security Level".

@daniel Actually, when clicking on the new shield menu to which this string seem to refer to, we have "Advanced Security Settings". "Security Level" appears only once you are in the Settings.

This string refers to the flyout that appears when you click the shield icon (not when you mouse over it), which in fact still says "Advanced Security Settings".
